The salad refrigerated table with dimensions of 900x700x850mm has a chamber capacity of 240L. It is designed to store food in the temperature range +2~+80C.
It is ideal for all types of catering outlets for the preparation of salads.
The outer and inner casing made of high-quality SS201 stainless steel guarantees an elegant appearance and at the same time is very easy to clean. The top is made of tempered glass with a rounded front glass.
The 170W bottom chiller uses R600a refrigerant dedicated to operation in climate class 4, with a maximum ambient temperature of 300C and relative humidity of 55%. It is powered by 220-240V ~50Hz. Electronic controller with digital temperature display.
The device has forced fan circulation cooling and an automatic defrost function.
A model with a self-closing door with convenient opening handles. For each door, it comes with 1 PVC-coated grid shelf with a maximum load capacity of 40kg - with an even load. Allows storage of GN 1/1 containers.
The table has an auxiliary top made of polyethylene and, additionally, a top opening for GN 4x GN1/2 and 3xGN 1/6 containers with a maximum depth of 150mm, which allow you to store various types of additions and salad ingredients. Containers are not included.
