YATO YG-03059 spiral mixer with a capacity of 20L with a tilting head. The mixer is designed for kneading heavy doughs such as: pizza, bread, Dumplings, Donuts. Especially recommended for pizzerias, bakeries, confectioneries.

It is driven by a 1100W motor, powered by 220~240V/50Hz, by a rack and pinion gear, which guarantees a very long service life of the mechanism and use.

The bowl and the spiral rotate simultaneously at a constant speed of 158 rpm. The built-in timer allows you to set the working time in the range of up to 60 minutes. On the other hand, switching to the manual position allows continuous operation.

The 690x760x390mm mixer weighs 127kg. The body made of aluminum and steel painted in white is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of stainless steel intended for contact with food.

The bowl with a capacity of 20 l and an inner diameter of 360 mm can be dismantled for washing. The maximum batch is 8 kg.

The mixer has a protection against running it with the head raised. An additional safety feature is the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened. In addition, the mixer is equipped with a safety switch, thanks to which the operation is automatically interrupted.

The tilting working head and removable bowl make it easy to remove the dough and clean the bowl, which makes work much easier.
