Thanks to this, YATO knives are perfect for professional work in gastronomy for boning and filleting.
The multi-stage production process, carried out with the highest quality requirements, ensures that each stage, such as forging, hardening, grinding or sharpening, is made very carefully and precisely. The result is a YATO cook's knife.
An important element of the YATO knife is the handle. Made of non-slip material, it has a specially contoured, ergonomic shape to ensure the greatest comfort of work. The smooth surface, without riveted joints, prevents the accumulation of debris, which is in accordance with HACCP requirements.
An important issue is also the issue of safety during use. Therefore, the YATO knife has a special cap when connecting the blade to the handle. It prevents the hand from slipping on the blade, eliminating the risk of serious injury.
The total length of the knife is 290mm and the blades are 160mm. Its thickness of 2.5mm guarantees very high stability of the knife during operation.
The knife is packed separately in a blister, aesthetically presented on the store rack.
