YATO Proffesional Kitchen Equipment catering containers are designed for professional use in mass caterers.
They are made of the highest quality stainless steel type 201, with a matt and smooth surface, in accordance with the GASTRO NORM PN-EN 631-1: 1996 standardization.
GN containers are used to store food in refrigeration and freezing conditions - up to -40°C. They are also ideal for use in the higher temperature range - up to 300 ° C. Thanks to this, they can be used in combi-steamer technology.
They are characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage and the action of organic acids and detergents. That is why they are dishwasher-safe and resistant to intensive surface scrubbing.
Particular attention was paid to details such as rounded corners or smooth edges, which ensure a high level of safety and hygiene of use. Additional embossing on the perimeter of each container strengthens its structure, protecting it against creases caused during operation and allows for stacked storage.
