Universal cutting board for use in gastronomy. It is made in brown, according to the HACCP marking system, it is intended for contact with boiled meat and cold meats. It is made of high quality polyethylene, 13mm thick, guaranteeing high strength and durability.
Double-sided board with non-slip surface prevents the product from slipping during cutting. Rounded edges and careful workmanship increase safety during work.
The YATO board is easy to keep clean. It is allowed to wash it with cleaning products generally available in gastronomy. It is also possible to wash it in dishwashers.
