The most important element of the meat grinder is the auger, the cutting blade and the strainer, which in the case of the YATO grinder are made of the highest quality stainless steel. The loading tray is also made of stainless steel. This makes it very durable, able to accommodate a large load of raw meat and is very easy to clean.
YATO meat grinders have removable loading trays. All you have to do is unscrew the screw located under the tray.
