YATO brand planetary mixer YG-03021 with a capacity of 20L.
The mixer is designed for:
kneading light doughs,
whipping foam,
mixing the stuffing.
It is driven by a 1100W motor, powered by 220~240V/50Hz, by a rack and pinion gear, which guarantees a very long service life of the mechanism and use.
It has three working speeds: 104 / 187 / 365 rpm, so you can freely adjust the working mode according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, thanks to which the operation is automatically interrupted.
The mixer measures 780x500x430mm and weighs 85kg. The body made of aluminum and steel, painted in metallic silver, is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of stainless steel intended for contact with food.
The bowl with a capacity of 20L and an internal diameter of 320mm is lowered by means of a lever, which allows it to be dismantled, unloaded and washed. The mixer has an additional protection against running it with the bowl down. An additional safety feature is the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened.
The mixer comes with additional accessories:
hook for mixing light doughs,
a whisk for whipping foam,
stirrer for whipping foam.
