It is driven by a 750W motor, powered by 220~240V/50Hz, by a rack and pinion gear, which guarantees a very long service life of the mechanism and use. The drive transmission is carried out by means of a drive belt, which makes it much easier to replace it during service calls.
It has three working speeds: 110 / 200 / 420 rpm, so you can freely adjust the operating mode according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, thanks to which the operation is automatically interrupted.
The mixer measures 840x550x435mm and weighs 82kg. Korp Us made of aluminum and steel, painted in metallic silver, is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of stainless steel intended for contact with food.
The bowl with a capacity of 25L and an internal diameter of 335mm is lowered by means of a lever, which allows it to be dismantled, unloaded and washed. The mixer has an additional protection against running it with the bowl down. An additional safety feature is the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened.
