It is driven by a 2000W motor, powered by 380~415V/50Hz, by rack and pinion gear, which guarantees a very long service life of the mechanism and use. The drive transmission is carried out by means of a drive belt, which makes it much easier to replace it during service calls.
It has three working speeds: 74 / 155 / 388 rpm, so you can freely adjust the working mode according to your needs. In addition, the device is equipped with a safety switch, thanks to which the operation is automatically interrupted.
The mixer measures 1250x750x570mm and weighs 150kg. The body made of aluminum and steel, painted in metallic silver, is easy to clean. On the other hand, the bowl and additional accessories are made of stainless steel intended for contact with food.
The bowl with a capacity of 60L and an internal diameter of 460mm is lowered by means of a lever, which allows it to be dismantled, unloaded and washed. The mixer has an additional protection against running it with the bowl down. An additional safety feature is the automatic shutdown of the device when the protective cover is opened
